12-Month Program
Church and ministry leaders will have the opportunity to dialogue with Lee regarding the specifics of their goals to help outline the full scope of the consulting project. Together we will uncover areas of growth needed, and create a blueprint for implementing change, creating connection and redefining culture for the local church - individually or organizationally. Based on availability, on-site or remote coaching is available. This program is great for Senior Pastors, Lead Pastors, Youth Pastors, Children’s Pastors, Volunteer Ministry Leaders, Outreach Coordinators and other ministry leaders.
